Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped the next business day after the order is received. All orders are shipped out First Class and First Class International. You will receive an email to alert you when your product ships as long as you have provided us with your email address.
Orders can only be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box. Any wrong addresses provided to us will incur an additional shipping and handling charge
Items that are not in stock will be added to our next incoming order and will usually ship within 15 business days. You will be notified by e-mail of any shipping delay over 15 business days. Please note that our website does not automatically indicate whether an item is in stock or not.
*Any items shipped and either refused by the recipient or returned to us non deliverable will be charged a 25% restocking fee; shipping, handling and insurance costs are nonrefundable.
*All surcharges that we incur from our shipping carrier for wrong or incomplete addresses will be billed to the purchaser. Please make sure to include Company Names and Apartment Numbers to insure prompt delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, GST taxes, import duties or other applicable import charges imposed by the destination country.
It is solely the responsibility of the buyer / recipient to pay these additional charges. These charges vary by country, as they are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We recommend you check with your local customs office for the exact charges if any to be prepared for arrival.
MMA Fighter Marketing, LLC has no control over these charges therefore we cannot be held responsible for such charges. There are no returns or refunds of any shipments refused by the recipient as a result of these charges. Once merchandise has arrived to the customs office in the destination country the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer / recipient.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take great care in packaging your items. Please review the contents of your box to be sure nothing is missing or damaged. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receipt of your exchange or replacement items will be shipped.
Here are the procedures that must be followed for any damaged and or missing items: they must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your product by either calling us at (877) 269-6006 or e-mailing Info (@) MMAFighterMarketing.com. You are required to contact us with the detailed information regarding the damage of your product. Be sure to keep all the original packaging containing the original box and or packaging material, and have the packing slip taped to the top inside flap of the shipping carton. If all of the return policy directions are not followed your claim may be not be covered under the shipping company’s insurance policy and will then be denied.
